What is your MOQ
Our MOQ is $150, we often have special starter pack promotions that work out great value for new stockists.
Which regions do you ship to?
We currently ship across the United States. If you are based outside the US, please get in touch and we will explore the options available.
How long will delivery take?
Most US orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from order date. Delivery times vary by location and we will confirm the exact timeframe before every shipment leaves us.
Are your products tested?
Yes, we believe in providing products that we know to be of the highest quality, we take this as the top priority before anything else. We have manufacturing tests, in house tests and 3rd party tests available in our 'Lab Reports' tab, under our 'Learn' section.
Are product photography and copy available?
Yes. Approved stockists receive a complete brand asset pack including product photography, ingredient information, our logo and any supporting materials needed for online listings and in-store displays.
What support is available once we are stocked?
Each stockist is assigned a dedicated point of contact within our team to handle restocks, product queries, marketing collaborations and any ongoing support required. We are committed to helping our partners grow.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products carry a 12-18 month best-before from the date of shipment. The batch date is printed clearly on every pack and we never ship stock that is close to its best-before date.
How are payments handled?
First orders are paid in full via invoice. Once an established working relationship is in place we are happy to discuss payment terms suited to your business.
