Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same business day

  • Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States)

All U.S. orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, reception desks, or building management

  2. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered early

If the package is still missing after 24 hours from the “Delivered” scan, contact us at sales@ancientextracts.com and we’ll assist you.

Delayed or Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, we will:

  • Open an investigation with the carrier

  • Reship your order at no cost once the package is confirmed lost

Please note: Orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement.
