Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@ancientextracts.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened products unless there is a fault or the product was damaged in transit — in which case we will be happy to replace your item free of charge.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, we are happy to offer an exchange as long as the product has not been opened.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
