Terms and Conditions for Morning Magic Coffee Giveaway

Introduction

This competition ("Giveaway") is organised by Ancient Extracts Ltd ("Organiser").
The Giveaway is in no way endorsed, sponsored, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the Giveaway post on the Organiser's official Facebook page.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

The prize is a one-year supply of Magic Mushroom Coffee, consisting of 12 packs, each containing 30 servings.
The total approximate retail value of the prize is £360.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place on [insert date], and the winner will be notified via Facebook within 5 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner's address within the United Kingdom only.
The Organiser is not responsible for any delays or issues in the delivery of the prize once it has been dispatched.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or to have tampered with the entry process.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organiser's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion.

Liability

The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Giveaway.
The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, including any network, server, or other connections, lost, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise damaged entries.

Privacy

Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this Giveaway.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
